!KYC Vault & Identity Protection

ScribeNode requires the collection of sensitive Government Identification (National ID, Passports) for our Gate 2 KYC Verification process. We do not store these image files on our primary application databases. All sensitive identity documents are immediately encrypted and streamed to a secure, isolated cloud vault (Cloudinary/AWS S3). These documents are strictly used by authorized Administration staff for identity verification and fraud prevention, after which they remain locked. We will never sell, distribute, or use your identity documents for marketing purposes.
